Student Council is a group of students who come up with ideas to make our school community better. They gain leadership skills and experience working as a team to increase pride in their school community, gain responsibility, increase interaction/communication skills with students and adults, and become excellent citizens and leaders. Formal meetings are held for an hour after school and occur biweekly. There are also informal meetings when the planning of events, creating agendas, researching ideas, and lots of discussion occurs. They vary in duration and occur as needed, usually once per week.
